Sinopsis
Dikendalikan oleh jaringan sel yang kompleks, setiap manusia di planet ini terus dijalankan oleh sistem operasi yang tidak terlihat yang, sebagian besar, sepenuhnya diabaikan.
Meskipun manusia tidak pernah terlalu memikirkan bagaimana mereka dapat berfungsi, hari demi hari, sel-sel di dalam tubuh manusia terus bekerja, melakukan bagian mereka untuk menjaga agar manusia tetap hidup dan sehat. Itulah sebabnya padadi luar, Kim Yoo Mi mungkin tampak seperti wanita pekerja lajang lainnya di dunia, tetapi di balik penampilan biasa itu ada sesuatu yang benar-benar luar biasa.Setelah baru-baru ini mengalami perpisahan yang menyakitkan, sel-sel cinta Yoo Mi mengalami koma yang dalam. Sementara sel-sel di sekitarnya bekerja keras untuk menghidupkan kembali rekan senegaranya yang jatuh, Yoo Mi menghabiskan hari-harinya terjebak dalam kesibukan kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan hati yang masih hancur dan tidak ada prospek romantis, sel-sel cinta Yoo Mi mungkin berada dalam masalah serius jika bukan karena kemunculan Goo Woong yang tiba-tiba.
Seorang pengembang game yang terhambat secara emosional, Goo Woong tidak tahu bagaimana mengungkapkan perasaannya yang sebenarnya, tetapi setelah bertemu Yoo Mi, dia mendapati dirinya ingin mencoba. Dengan sel-sel cintanya sendiri secara tak terduga memicu kembalinya Yoo Mi, hal-hal di antara keduanya mulai menjadi menarik.
Dengan sel Yoo Mi dan Goo Woong yang bekerja lembur, keduanya semakin dekat. Tetapi apakah upaya kumpulan kecil sel ini benar-benar cukup untuk menyatukan dua hati selamanya?
